Service Manager

Krismar is a leading name in the design and construction of luxurious horse trucks and exclusive motorhomes.

Renowned for our craftsmanship, innovation and customer focus, we are seeking a proactive Service Manager to help elevate our service department in West Flanders to new heights.

What to expect in this dynamic role?

  • Variety in your day-to-day: No two days are the same! You’ll interact daily with our clients and serve as the main point of contact for our dealer network regarding service and repairs.
  • Customer-focused communication: When the service phone rings, you’re the go-to person who assists customers, both over the phone and in coordination with the technical team. You ensure smooth interventions and effective solutions.
  • Team coordination and motivation: You will lead a young, dynamic team. With your leadership skills, you know how to motivate and guide them, ensuring an optimal division of tasks. You oversee the order and cleanliness of the workspace, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
  • After-sales service: A key part of your role is ensuring the after-sales service runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the team to provide quick, efficient customer support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • On-call duty: You will participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers can reach us 24/7. While weekend calls are rare, flexibility and a readiness to assist when needed are important.
  • Problem-solving: You thrive as a troubleshooter, addressing challenges swiftly and effectively. A bit of pressure drives you to deliver the best results.

 

What qualifications do you bring?

  • Communication skills: You communicate clearly, honestly and with a customer-first approach, both internally and externally. Integrity and transparency are second nature to you. Since our clients are international, we expect you to communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Technical expertise and leadership: You have a strong technical background and experience leading, motivating, and guiding teams.
