FEI World Cup Herning is part of the Dressage World Cup competition, which is among the most prominent competitions in dressage sport. In addition to the dressage competitions, exciting show jumping classes are organized, making the event a multi-faceted spectacle for equestrian sports enthusiasts. This competition is an integral part of the international dressage calendar. It offers dressage riders a unique opportunity to earn points, which they can use to qualify for the coveted final of the Dressage World Cup at the end of the season.
Each year several qualifying competitions take place in various locations around the world. The best riders from these intensive selections are invited to participate in the finals.
